Edit a guide
Change text, reorder steps, and add tips, alerts and sections. Everything saves as you type.
Who can do this: Owners, admins and creators
Open in Yatri Playbook
- Click any title or description to change it. Changes save by themselves.
- Drag steps to reorder them, or use Up and Down.
- Add a Tip, an Alert, a Section heading or a Text block between steps.
- Duplicate or delete a step from its menu.
Publish and history
Readers see the last published version. Each publish is kept in version history, and you can restore any of them.
What readers see
Under the guide's settings, choose whether to show the step count, author, created and updated dates, a table of contents and step links. Admins set the defaults in Settings.
