Make your first guide
Install a capture app, press Start, do the task, press Done.
Who can do this: Owners, admins and creators
Open in Yatri Playbook
- 1Install the browser extension or the desktop app and connect it to your workspace.
- 2Press Start capture.
- 3Do the task the way you always do. Each action becomes a step with a screenshot.
- 4Press Done, or Alt + Shift + S. The guide opens in the editor, titled and written.
- 5Fix a word or two, then press Publish.
TipClicks on Start, Pause, Done and the capture app itself are left out of the guide, so you never have to delete them.
No capture app at hand? You can also write a guide by hand from New guide, and add screenshots yourself.
